GET ULTIMATE TRANSPARENCY WITH LOUDERMILK CONNECT

When we say we give ultimate transparency to our entire process of designing and building luxury homes, we mean it.

That’s why we created a custom app called Loudermilk Connect.

We run our entire company through the app, from storing architectural drawings and floor plans to archiving all the selections for flooring, tile, faucets and paint colors. There are 24/7 live video feeds so you can watch your dream home get built, whether you are across town or across the country.

We run our schedules and budgets through the app, and we update them in real-time when there are changes along the way so there will never be any surprises. If storms delay framing and roofing, you’ll see it. If the wrong color of brick is delivered to the job site, you’ll see that too. You can make change orders and sign off on them right in the app, and the budget will be updated right away.

Daily work logs and photos create an archive of your project, so you’ll know what work has been completed and what is scheduled next.

You’ll see everything we see on Loudermilk Connect, even when it isn’t great news. For example, sometimes an electrical inspection fails because small modifications need to be made. Loudermilk Connect will tell you exactly what happened and why, what we’re doing to fix it and whether the schedule changed as a result.

The custom Design Guideline Book that we create at the beginning of every project is also permanently archived in the Loudermilk Connect app. This book captures thousands of details about your home, from the stain color on the floors to the SKUs for the light fixtures to the model number of the bathtubs and sinks.

A few years from now when a visitor admires the gas fireplace in your great room, you’ll be able to open the app and check your Design Guideline Book to tell them the exact model number and manufacturer.

Recently, someone reached out to us on Facebook to ask what paint color we used on the exterior of a home she admired that we built a couple years ago. With a few taps, we were able to tell her it was Sherwin-Williams Alabaster White (#7008) in semi-gloss sheen.

“You made my day! You’re so kind to share that,” the woman said.

Every square foot of your luxury custom home will also be photographed and archived in the app, which makes future maintenance or modifications much easier. If you decide to add a new sound system, electricians will know exactly where the wiring is, which means no more messy ripping up and patching drywall.

Find out how ultimate transparency makes luxury home design and construction easier than ever before. Let’s talk about how we can create the home of your dreams.
