Our 9-step process was created to bring clarity, organization, and confidence to what can often feel like a complex journey, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully planned and executed. It reflects the level of care, communication, and craftsmanship we hold ourselves to, allowing our clients to move through the custom home building experience with trust, transparency, and ease.
We begin by understanding your vision, lifestyle, and goals to establish a clear foundation for your custom home journey.
With the help of our award winning in-house architecture team, you watch your home develop from concept to sketch, and then to an in-depth floorplan, ready to begin building.
The final step before beginning your build: work alongside Loudermilk Designs to curate the interior feel of your home; selecting items like cabinets, trim, flooring, and more.
Then it’s time to start turning that dream into reality as we clear the lot and set the foundation of your home.
The most exciting step: see your custom dream home brought to life layer by layer.
Confirm your placement of everything that goes behind the walls of your home. From that extra electrical socket next to your bed, to adding an extra light fixture in your new favorite reading spot.
Make sure your custom home is perfect: Once the sheetrock is installed, come in and see samples of your selections (paint, flooring, trim, etc.) in place to ensure you still love them.
Where the magic really happens: see your dream come together as your selections get installed. Your custom home is almost complete.
After a proprietary 500-point inspection is completed, you are welcomed into your brand new home! Your dream is officially a reality.
