Alongside Loudermilk Designs, we select every finish that makes the home yours — cabinetry, flooring, tile, trim. A virtual walkthrough of each room lets you refine before a single wall goes up.

Ground is broken. We clear and grade your lot, set the foundation, and invite you to the site to approve placement — you're welcome to turn the first ceremonial shovel of dirt.

Walls rise and the roofline takes shape. We mark every floor with the placement of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and cabinetry, then walk it with you so the home lives exactly as you imagined.

We rough in every system behind the walls, then walk the home together to fine-tune vents, fixtures, and outlets — the moment to add light where you'll read, or power where you'll need it.

After sheetrock, we finish a single room in full — trim, molding, paint, flooring — so you can confirm every selection in place, and approve the exterior facade, landscaping, and driveway.

Cabinetry, hardwood, and final details are installed and locked in. Every selection lives in Loudermilk Connect, viewable anytime — your home is nearly complete.

Your superintendent walks the entire home with you against a proprietary 500-point inspection. We review your warranty, show you how every system works, and hand you the keys to a home built to last generations.
