Honored to Be a Finalist for 2024 Custom Home Builder of the Year

ATLANTA, GEORGIA — FEBRUARY 26, 2025 — Loudermilk Homes is honored and humbled to have been recognized as one of the top custom home builders in the country for a second time by the National Association of Home Builders.

Sherwin Loudermilk, Founder & President of Loudermilk Homes, was recognized as a Finalist for the 2024 Custom Home Builder of the Year Award by the National Association of Home Builders during a dinner banquet and awards ceremony yesterday as part of the NAHB International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas.

This is the second time in three years that Loudermilk Homes has been named a Finalist for the award, which recognizes the contributions and leadership of the top builders in the nation.

Loudermilk serves as President of the Inner Atlanta chapter of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, the Board of Advisors for the Georgia Tech College of Design and the Georgia Tech School of Building Construction, and an official mentor for the MBA program at Georgia State University.
