We begin designing each home with a gourmet chef’s kitchen featuring top-of-the-line appliances such as Wolf stoves and Sub-Zero refrigerators, and we work outward and upward from there.

Spacious, open floor plans and 12-foot ceilings bring a sense of grandeur to our homes and we will customize your home to meet your family’s exact needs. For example, if you have children or pets, we can create a larger mudroom and nooks to store backpacks or sports gear. If you entertain often, you may want a second prep kitchen or a butler’s bar.

The design professionals at our sister company, Loudermilk Designs, can help you create the perfect interior design and choose area rugs, bedding, window coverings, art work, photos and other special pieces that give your luxury home a truly customized look.

We will also oversee any necessary architectural review, historic preservation commission approvals, permitting and other pre-construction work needed to bring your custom home to life.

Our Loudermilk Connect app gives you complete transparency along the way, with a 24/7 video feed supplemented by daily photos and work logs that track progress on your home and let you know what’s going to happen next. And when we say transparency, we mean it. So you might see a little grease under the hood of the car. For example, sometimes there is a need for a second inspection or a subcontractor is running behind schedule, so we share that information — along with our plans to mitigate the delay so we stay on schedule.

There are also real-time schedule and budget updates so there are never any surprises. You can also approve change orders and sign and review documents from any touch-screen device.

Our Loudermilk Connect app also captures all of the design plans and selections you have chosen — such as tile, flooring and light fixtures — so you can share those details with friends and family as your dream home takes shape.

We create an archive of your personalized Design Guideline Book so you’ll always be able to refer back to details like pain colors, the stain used on the floor, and the model and SKU numbers for most items in your home.
